There was lots of room and places for people to gather. Everything was as described. Pool was clean and in working order (it was just too cold to swim!).
Location is nice and easy to get to around Lake Havasu. Wouks definitely stay there again.

The house was great! Plenty of sleeping space and overall just a comfy experience. 5 minutes away from the lake!

Overall, the stay was “Ok.” The Master bedroom bed, was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. We booked the property based on their photo of their awesome BBQ setup; however, it’s INOPERABLE!! yes, the massive BBQ was a joke. We had to grill on a $200 side grill, which had no propane and after a long day at the lake, we had to locate a gas station with propane available.
So don’t book if your expecting the BBQ set up to work, otherwise it’s just a house with a pool.
