This beautiful vacation home boasts over 2070 sq ft of open and spacious space, big enough for more than one family, sleeps 12 persons.
Fully furnished 4 bedroom home with a private backyard, BBQ and an inviting pool. Soak up sunshine in the sparkling pool or pull up a chair poolside and enjoy the Arizona sun and mountain views.
Some of the great features also include a roomy kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and a large family room to enjoy entertainment on the flat screen TV with DirecTV cable. There’s also a soft water system. Laundry room includes a washer and dryer.
At the end of an exciting day, you'll be happy to retire to 4 fabulous bedrooms. The amazing master retreat features a comfortable Cal king bed, flat screen TV with DirecTV. The master bathroom has just been remodeled with a gorgeous walk in tiled shower and also has backyard access to the pool.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top and a second bunk bed with twin top/bottom. The fourth bedroom also has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom, twin on top.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac street just minutes from the lake, launch ramp and local shopping, dining and movie theaters.
Housecleaning will be provided after you leave for a nominal fee. Extra charges may apply if house needs extra than normal cleaning. Vacationing has never been easier!

The house is beautiful organized and clean and very welcoming, the only problem that we had was the pool was not clean( but we spent our water time at the lake, so it didn't really bother us), and the alarm that went off in the middle of the night, about 1:30 in the morning and kept going on and off for a few hours. I would still book in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This home was perfect to host our corporate retreat/outing. The beds and bedrooms were great, living space and kitchen was spacious. The outdoor patio and pool were perfect. Thank you!
