About this house rental
Nestled in a cul de sac just off Kiowa N. and a straight shot to Windsor launch! There's plenty of parking in the empty lot on side house secured behind gate. This trendy property is set up with (1) King, (2) Queens and a set of KIDS ONLY bunk beds! You can be a family with kids and enjoy this pool home or three couples with a few kids. Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region. The area attracts 775,000 visitors a year thanks to its calm waters, beautiful beaches, and desert weather with more than 300 sunny days a year. There is a range of restaurants and lodging, plus a boatload of annual events.
Lake Havasu offers some of the best cruising in the southwestern U.S., centrally located along 60 continuous miles of lake and river waterways from where the Colorado River meets Parker Dam all the way to Needles, Calif. More than 400 miles of stunning coastline offer exceptional water sports, including fishing, skiing, kayaking and house boating, or you can explore the lake from the beautiful beaches, campsites and hiking trails.

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.
We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

Hosts were attentive and made check in/check out easy. We had adults, teenagers, children and a dog. We all enjoyed the pool and bbq area. Neighborhood was quite with a short drive to the lake.

Master bedroom bed uncomfortable. No support towards the head or middle of bed. Overall a great place to stay.
