Beautiful view of the lake, park easily accessible from the back yard, owner very responsive to requests throughout the stay. House is very quiet and clean. Great for multiple guests, close to shopping and downtown.

We enjoyed the Titan home so much. We had 3 families and all were comfortable. The pool was an awesome amenity! Close to stores etc Would stay here again!

The check in was delayed by the previous guest but the local contact, Maged, was just awesome.
The house is tired and in need of a lot of small maintenance. The first two nights the smoke alarms kept going off so there was little to no sleep. We had them all taken out and that solved the issue.
The master shower control is severely messed up. Scalding or Luke warm are your choices. The faucet in the kitchen is very loose in it’s mount. One of our gust sat in a chair and it split in half.
Again the house needs general maintenance.
Trying to deal with Evolve before and during the visit was incredibly frustrating. They were slow to respond and difficult to reach when needed. We will not rent a property they manage again due to this difficulty.
All that being said the pool was great and the location perfect for our needs
