Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not always guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. No refund for any interruption of Wi-Fi services during your stay. No exceptions

Beautiful condo, views, pool area and beach. We’ve been coming to PCB for years, have stayed in many nice resorts and this was our favorite place yet.

This is a gorgeous property, and the least crowded beach at PCB for that time period. But the management company was terrible. They were rude and when we got there at check-in time, the room was still not clean. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be cleaned while we sat with our bags in a corner out of the way. We also had to request washcloths and hand towels because there were none in the unit, and they were rude about that as well. It's a beautiful place - but find a management company with decent customer service.

We woke up to hammer drills every day of the trip. The neighbor must have been hammering out tile. Having teenagers that like to sleep in, this was a major bummer. We do construction for our work, so to be on vaca and need ear protection in your own room was not fun!! I called to get moved and noone ever returned my calls and at the end when I wanted a discount they wouldn't talk to me about it in person only thru email.
The place was wonderful. We loved everything about it except the early morning hammer drill :o)
