This is 2350 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!!
This condo is on the 11th floor, so you get unobscured views of the Gulf from this beautiful unit.
Master suite 1 contains a KING bed with private bathroom and balcony access to the beach front balcony.
Master suite 2 has 2 QUEEN beds, private bath/shower and a view of the beach. Perfect for the whole family!
Bedroom number 3 has a KING size bed.
Bedroom 4 is a bonus room with a FULL size bed and flatscreen TV.
The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located in the condo to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms allow the unit to easily sleep 10 comfortably and include 3 complete baths.
This reservation includes 8 armbands and 3 parking passes. Additional armbands are $30 per person for all guests over the age of 12. Additional parking passes are at the discretion of the resort.
*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card.

This unit was incredibly large, well laid out, and well appointed. The key feature is the outdoor living offered on the ridiculously huge balcony. The kitchen was large and easy to share with others.We will be staying here again, I can promise you!

Outstanding view of the beach and water.Overall, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed The condo unit.I know we are picky, but some areas could have been cleaner and the towels were so poor in quality. We would wash and dry them and the lent on the towels would be everywhere.But, the beach made up for that!

Loved the room overall.
Downfalls, the garbage disposal is missing the plastic piece that prevents waste particles from flying al over the kitchen.. you can't operate one without water because you'll burn up the motor.. shouldn't be a hards fix but very nessisary. The sheets had a gross stain and glitter on them... floor was super sandy..floor was swept again when i was out & new sheets were dropped off, (but really..) the chairs out the back patio right out the master bedroom were almost rusted through (dangerous) and need replaced. The jacuzzi tub in the master backrooms water was really hard to shut off and the tub drain didn't work so when we tried to use it for a relaxing bath we had to shove a rag in the drain.. and then the tub had particles of something floating in the water. I called Sarah who was great at first till I asked to be called back about some issues, left at least 2 messages and didn't hear back from anyone... very frustrating. Loved the location. This company is frustrating to work with. The first condo I booked for my wedding week was truly everything I wanted and less then 8 hours later they emailed and tell me it's not available. Then I switch. Then by the grace of God I speak to the property manager who tells me of a huge window renovation going on and the property manager suggests moving the wedding due to construction...
These places need inspecting by someone other than a housekeeper prior to paying guests...and fix whats broke.
The Majestic security were super helpful with parking for our wedding!!!!
