Architect's villa of 200 m², composed on the first floor of a living room, a spacious equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, 1 air-conditioned master suite with dressing room, sanitary facilities, 1 bathroom and an office-veranda with fitness equipment and terrace. In addition a bedroom of 15m2 with bathroom, adjoining the house.
Walled garden with heated swimming pool, pool-house with summer kitchen and deckchairs, terrace, jacuzzi, trampoline, and children's play structure.
Quiet location without vis-à-vis, shops in the town. 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Châtélaillon-Plage.
The 5 bedrooms are composed of the following bedding:
- Master suite with double bed + possibility of adding an inflatable mattress and/or a travel cot.
- 1 bedroom with single bed
- 1 bedroom with children's bed + possibility of adding 1 inflatable mattress
- 1 bedroom with single bed + armchair for a 2nd bed.
- 1 bedroom with children's bed + possibility of adding 1 inflatable mattress. The sofa in the living room is also convertible and can be used to offer an additional double bed.
The swimming pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th, but remains accessible the other months of the year. The pool area is equipped with 4 deckchairs, a summer kitchen with plancha, and a bathroom. Buoys and water games are available.
The jacuzzi (4 seats) is heated and available all year round.
The house is equipped with fiber internet.
