Available for shared use: elevator. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming, no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (approximately 20 steps).

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
