Disappointment
The location is indeed excellent - frw steps from the beach + main shopping street and several restaurants, barts.
The building is extremeley outdated, the pictures are inaccurate. Staff is almost non-existent, any time we needed assistance it took a long time to hunt down someone. Our apartment was also quite dirty, we had to clean it upon arrival. Not sure if it is just us but we were not aware that the place is completely and literally unequipped - no sheets, toilet paper, soap, any textils to clean, sponge, hair dryer, etc, it felt like furbishing an entire house once we went shopping for the absolute necessities. Furnitures were uncomfortable, old and sometimes even broken. All this for quite a lot of money... worst hotel experience in Italy for us, that is for sure.

Parkplatz zu klein Bäume im Weg. Lärm Baustelle. Kein Abfalleimer. Fernseher extra klein mit keinen deutschen Sendern! Niemand deutschsprachiger anwesend. Keine Rezeption. Kein Frühstück möglich. Keine Steckdose beim Tisch. Kein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Uralte laute Rollos. Balkontür nicht sperrbar. Einrichtung veraltet.

Szuper nyaralás
A szállás szuper helyen,szuper környezetben helyezkedik el,szemben az Adriával! Csodálatos a kilátás a tengerre. Zárt,fix parkolóhellyel,napernyővel, napággyal az árban. Az apartman egészen jól felszerelt. Nagy terasszal,klímával ellátott.
Kicsit régies a berendezés és a fürdőszoba, egy kis felújítás ráférne! Az ágynemű és törölköző feláras és elég sokba is kerül napi bérléssel,ami benne lehetne az árban. A félpanzió lehetősége még emelné a népszerűségét a szállásnak. Túl korai a szállás elhagyásának az ideje.

Bene ma non benissimo
La posizione davvero ottima,di fronte al bagno con i lettini a disposizione nel prezzo. Basta attraversare la strada per essere al mare...ottima la vicinanza anche alla spiaggia Cani. Con 10 minuti di camminata si è al budello ricco di negozi e servizi
Alloggio sporco e non arieggiato. Abbiamo soggiornato ad inizio stagione e l''odore di muffa e di chiuso dell' appartamento al piano terra era inquietante. Impossibile ritirare i vestiti nei rispettivi mobili (tra l'altro buona parte in degrado) per via dell'odore che si soffermava sui vestiti quindi costretti a tenere tutto sui letti creando non poco disguido visto che lo spazio non è molto. Ragnatele,polvere e peli sparsi...armatevi di sanificanti prima di partire.

Ich liebe Lignano, aber ...
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, außer den Schlafmöglichkeiten. Neue Matratzen und weichere Kopfkissen wären von großem Vorteil. Die Anlage des Hotels ist wunderschön, die Parkplätze sind super und dass die Anlage abgeschlossen ist und nur mit Schlüssel betreten werden kann, finde ich ebenfalls großartig. Die Terrasse ist groß und dort zu sitzen und den Ausblick auf das Meer zu genießen, ist einfach phantastisch. Im großen und ganzen mag ich das Hotel wirklich sehr. Ich werde mit Sicherheit immer wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen und mich wohl fühlen.
Das Wetter war leider nicht sehr gut, aber daran ist niemand schuld. Wenn man also im Frühjahr für ein paar Tage nach Lignano fährt, wäre es großartig, wenn man im Hotel die Möglichkeit hätte, die Wohnung irgendwie zu wärmen. Viele Menschen mögen lieber die Ruhe im Frühling und Herbst, als den Trubel im Sommer. Aber wenn man im Appartement fast abfriert, ist das auch nicht besonders schön. Außerdem wären mehrere Decken von Vorteil.
