This lovely apartment, located on the 4th floor of a beautiful building in the center of Malaga, has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The building is equipped with an elevator that goes directly to your apartment, using the security key that only you will have during your stay.
The apartment is 120m² and features one room with a double bed and the other two rooms with single beds.
It has a beautiful round white table with four chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your meals. From there, you have access to a unique and special terrace in the center of Malaga equipped with a rectangular table with six chairs, two loungers, a two-seater sofa, and two individual chairs to enjoy the fresh air.
In the indoor living room, there is a gray two-seater sofa with a coffee table in white, black, and gold colors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, and toaster. There is also a washing machine inside the apartment, which also has a dryer cycle.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms with showers for your hygiene and relaxation, as well as a hairdryer.
This apartment is located in a key location in the city, where you will be just a three-minute walk from the famous Larios Street.
Just a two-minute walk away, you will find Churrería Casa Aranda, where I'm sure you will taste the best churros and hot chocolate in the entire city, perfect for breakfast or even a snack... Any time is a good time for churros!

The Size of the Flat was good and the big balcony was
great. The central location of the flat was very good.
The check-in could be improved, it makes
not make sense to just pick up the key at reception.
and this in the biggest midday heat with all the luggage.
It would also have to be pointed out that
the flat is located in the market's unloading zone,
which causes noise from as early as 5am.
The cleanliness of the flat it was all a bit
dirty, especially the balcony furniture needs a general cleaning or even replacement of the furniture.
In general, the furniture is very worn (e.g. sofa) and would need to be need to be renewed.

Clean, modern apartment with a large, well equipped terrace which has remote controlled sun canopy. Master bedroom has twin beds and large en suite shower room. Double bedroom has use of the family shower room. Lift comes directly into the bedroom level by use of a key. Upstairs is the open plan living/dining/kitchen and the fabulous terrace.
Easy walk to the train station, centro historico and quay side. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and would certainly use iloftmalaga again.
I always like a guest book so we can read other people’s suggestions and recommendations. Kitchen was sadly lacking a selection of glasses. We didn’t cook during our 4 night stay but the kitchen looked equipped for basic food prep.

The apartment was so easy to live in for the four of us. The balcony was a great size and acted as a second living space. The bedrooms were large with super comfy beds and the kitchen had all the appliances you would need. The location is fantastic. The market is two minutes away making self catering a breeze and you're also surrounded by great cafes and restaurants for eating out. Everywhere is easily walkable.
The team were very helpful, organising airport transfers which made arrival and departure very easy.
It would have been helpful if the kitchen had basic supplies like salt, pepper, oil and a oven proof dish and baking sheet.
A couple of extra towels would also have been welcome.
A couple of times the lift opened by itself in the night which was slightly unnerving!

This is a nice apartment in a great location.
Positives- comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living space. Really good location in the city. Large terrace with canopy ( beware the gulls!) for cover.
Negatives- bad smell of drains. Very small 3rd bedroom with no storage for clothes. Showers were mouldy. Dead plants on the terrace should have been disposed of before guests arrived. No handrails on the stairs.
