Stay Unique Apartments Martiricos

The apartment is nice and modern and the facilities are good. It was nice and clean when we got here. Theres a nice new park right opposite, and a pretty big supermarket really close by. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoy walking so the distance to town wasn't an issue for us, although the walk back sometimes got tedious in the heat. The only public transport available to the old town is the bus, which isn't too bad, we found that there's a small walk on the return journey, and they could be a little late from time to time but overall, decent enough.

We found the site facility staff somewhat helpful, but in instances like key fob not working, or asking if theres luggage storage at the end of our stay, they are keen to remind you that it's not a hotel. Pool needs to be reserved via an app, we managed to get a slot when needed but it's not huge (30 people max) so it's quite possible that it can be unavailable. You can only book 2 hours at a time too, although I think it may be possible to make another booking afterwards, that said the check in guy didn't recommend this. Our app log in details were incorrect on the back of the door so we had issues accessing the pool and gym areas, it was rectified later with new log in details after messaging stay unique apartments. We had to pay €50 in cash on arrival for a late check in at around 11pm, which seemed steep. We were then messaged by a third party check in person advising that there would be an extra €15 per 15 mins that we were late to our check in, so we replied to the check in guy to tell him when we were in the taxi, to avoid any additional charges. Toilet/bathroom seems to smell damp quite strong so we kept the door shut while we were out otherwise the apartment could be smelly on arrival. After booking there was quite a long check in process with a lot of details needed. At this point we were told that we needed to pay a €30 non refundable damage deposit, or possibly face paying €300+ for potential damages. I felt this was a bit of a pressure tactic as it came up a few times in messages and in the check in process. In the end, we did not pay either of these. There's a few times during our stay that we were made aware of extra charges, €25 here and there for things such as dirty towels, additional cleaning ect. All seemed a bit unnecessary. Overall a nice new apartment though

При заселені ( воно в нас було пізнє в 2 години ночі ) , ми були на звʼязку з менеджером але він не вийшов нас зустріти . Там поруч стоїть 2 однакових будинки. Ми ходили стукали в всі входи, чекали на вулиці, вже не знали куди йти ..

Nice modern furnished apartment. Location not bad. But i would have preferred something more central. In a nice building with facilities like roof top, gym and a private cinema room that you can book

Be aware of the hidden €50 late check-in fee if your flight arrives after 9 PM. It is mentioned in the listing, but easy to miss as it’s buried in the details. We paid the fee for an agent to let us into the apartment, yet he still arrived late. We arrived at 2 AM and there was no shower gel. After requesting it the next day, it was never provided despite being promised. There is also no balcony. The apartment is acceptable, but the extra charges and lack of basic amenities made the experience disappointing.

地址不错，离市中心挺近的，楼下公交直达。居住的设施很不错，有顶楼阳台，还有泳池。

我们一行预约的三个人，竟然只有两人的被子和浴巾。和平台以及给钥匙的工作人员联系后，竟然没有任何提醒，直接进房间把被子放在卧室的架子，还有沙发上了。不理解为什么不打招呼直接进来，感觉很不安全，并且把东西分放在两个地方，也没有帮忙套被套。明明可以直接把被子放在楼下安保处看管，或者联系我们。
