Great, but...

The building had lots of extra amenities we could use. Apartment was nice and clean.

The blindfold in the living room was not working, so we only had 1/4 of the window (bottom right corner) open the entire time. Due to this the living room was very dark and weird. The air conditioning/heating unit did not work properly - when put on air cooling it started heating and at one point was blowing very hot air, after which we decided to turn it off.

Unexpected hidden fees and a required extra contract made the stay feel misleading.

A) The apartment lacked heating the first day B) The smell from neighbours smoking weed spread into the apartment. C) The host adds a hidden €25 fee and requires signing a separate contract, which was not disclosed in advance. Avoid and rent from a more professional landlord

I would never rent from this company again ever and would like to warn people that consider booking look else where

Cosy apartment but I was given dirty bed with dirty bed sheet on it with lots of small hairs from previous people staying there I was given the apartment without cleaning after 30 minutes all my body start to itch which I have to spend 400 euro seeing a dermatologist in Ireland also they didn’t send cleaning team until day after arrival 5 pm by then I had to book the Hilton hotel next door as I refused to stay in that bed contacted property for compensation of 2 nights as it costed me another 500 euro and they refused will use booking help and my credit card company to charge back with my video of evidence they did. To meet the hygiene basics

Nice apartment, good facilities, great view from the window and also the top floor terrace. Rami was very helpful. Good location relative to the historic centre but walking directly to the beach is a bit longer.

10am checkout. This is absurd. Should be 12pm Hassle to get in and out of pool area. You need to download an app, then you need to book the terrace, then you need to book the pool. Pool area quite small and not enough chairs and beds. Not allowed to move from the pool to the terrsce if you have been in the pool as you have to be completely dry. Terrace as a result was empty all the time. This is more to do with the biilding management and very strict rules than the property to be honest.

A fabulous stay!

The apartment is located in the tallest building in Malaga, with an incredible rooftop on which you can find a superb swimming pool and a terrace with an extraordinary view. It is located 20 minute walk to downtown, 1 minute from the bus stop which offers direct access to the train station and central bus station, 2 minutes from a large local supermarket, 20 minute car drive from airport. Overall I highly recommend this location.

A small suggestion to the owner: towels for the swimming pool would be nice to have.

The rooms were nice the apartment very clean and well looked after

The air conditioning was the only thing that was a down side for us. Wasn’t powerful and we struggled with the what. Sometimes it was fine but during the day was quite hot. I addressed this and the host sent fans immediately which helped.

Ein rundum schöner Kurzurlaub in einem sehr schönen Appartmentkomplex

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Zur Bushaltestelle waren es nur wenige Meter, zu Fuß war man in 20 - 25 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Budynek i udogodnienia w budynku, w tym taras widokowy na 30 piętrze oraz siłownia na dole tuż przy przestronnej recepcji zasługują na pochwały. Lokalizacja też dość wygodna, bo można przejść spacerem do centrum w 15 minut. 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki zgodnie z opisem.

Apartament nie był niestety starannie utrzymany. Umywalka w 1 łazience przeciekała na nasze kosmetyki. Były także plamy na poduszkach, brudna sofa oraz grzyb w łazienkach przy brodzikach. Ponadto niedoprane pościel oraz ręczniki (nie białe lecz już lekko szare). Elementy związane z czystością i wysokim standardem, do jakiego aspiruje obiekt, powinny być na wyższym poziomie jeśli pragnie otrzymać najwyższe oceny. Dodatkowo w dniu przyjazdu o godz. 21.15 zostaliśmy skasowani 50 Euro za tzw. „late check-in” o czym nie byliśmy poinformowani podczas dokonywania rezerwacji. Obiekt podaje godziny check-in 15:00-0:00 a dopiero w zakładkach w rozdziale ”Legal info” jest ukryta informacja o dodatkowej opłacie. Ten zabieg nie jest uczciwym podejściem do gości.

Alt i alt en flott leilighet med høy standard, spesielt godt tilrettelagt for familier, med kun noen få mindre forbedrin

Det var en veldig fin leilighet med aktiviteter for hele familien. Vi har små barn, og de likte lekerommet veldig godt. Det var flott utsikt fra terrassen, og treningssenteret var også veldig bra. Kjøkkenet var fullt utstyrt med alt man trenger, og det var til og med førstehjelpsutstyr på badet. Eieren av leiligheten var svært hyggelig og viste oss alt ved ankomst.

Det var svært få ting som ikke var helt topp i leiligheten. Gulvet var ganske kaldt, selv om temperaturen ellers var veldig behagelig. Vi anbefaler å bruke innesko dersom man er sensitiv for kalde føtter. Avstanden til sentrum er omtrent 20 minutters gange, men for oss med små barn fungerte dette ikke helt som forventet. Vi brukte derfor Uber ofte. Prisene er rimelige, men når man bruker det flere ganger daglig, blir det en ekstra kostnad. På terrassen kunne det til tider lukte mat fra andre leiligheter, noe som gjorde at vi fikk litt mindre lyst til å benytte den ellers fantastiske utsikten over byen. Bassenget har vi ikke brukt da det var ganske kaldt i Malaga.

Tyvärr fick vi bara 1 nyckel till lägenheten Efter kontakt med hyresvärden visade det sig att det inte gick att få fram någon mer nyckel under vår vistelse. Vi var 6 personer så det blev mycket pussel kring logistiken. Att det kostade 50 euro vid incheckning efter kl 21

Poprosiliśmy o wymianę ręczników , dostaliśmy je dopiero 8 dnia pobytu ( 1 dzień przed wyjazdem ) . Gdy już personel się łaskawie pojawił - nie wynieśli nawet śmieci .

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Málaga! Vanaf het eerste moment werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Rami, die ons een warme en persoonlijke rondleiding gaf door het appartement en de faciliteiten. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd — van de fitnessruimte en het zwembad tot de kleine details in het appartement zelf. Het appartement was superhygiënisch en goed uitgerust. De eigenaars hadden echt aan alles gedacht: van wastabletten voor de wasmachine tot vaatwasmiddel voor de vaatwasser — heel attent! De ligging was bovendien ideaal voor zowel ontspanning als uitstapjes in de omgeving. Kortom, een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Wij komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna välplanerade lägenhet. Med två sovrum och två badrum passade boendet perfekt för oss. Lägenhetens faciliteter var ett stort plus; poolen, terrassen och gymmet var alla i toppskick och bidrog till en avkopplande och aktiv semester.

Comida pero mal check in

Tiene una distribución cómoda y espaciosa para 5 personas

En check-in, aunque pone hasta las 00h, como información adicional al fina y en inglés dice q si llegas más tarde de las 20h tendrás q pagar 50 euros en efectivo. Nuestro viaje en coche duró más de lo habitual por las lluvias de estos días y llegamos a las 22h, varias veces la persona encargada del check-in nos estuvo recordando durante el viaje que nos acordáramos del pago de los 50 euros. Cuando lo único que hizo fue abrirnos el apartamento y darnos las llaves. Hay otros sistemas de entrega de llaves que no hace falta que vaya nadie a abrir y darnos igual la hora que llegues. Rogaría lo consideraran.

- Stationnement très difficile à certaines moments et notamment les jours de match car l'appartement est situé juste à côté du stade. - La réservation des espaces nécessite un badge pour entrer dans ces espaces et seul 1 badge a été fourni avec les clés.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y mal mantenimiento. Como son pequeñas, la paredes de las habitaciones están llenas de marcas. En los baños se ven los efectos del agua que se sale del plato de ducha. Las camas son baratillas y la limpieza en las zonas ocultas era nula: esquinas, bajo las camas, alrededor del retrete, paredes, rejillas…

Gute Ausstattung! Alles vorhanden vor allem zum kochen war es super ausgestattet, gab sogar Salz, Pfeffer etc. Es war sehr sauber, wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick und haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Immeuble qui dispose d'un bon confort pour u' voyage en 👪 famille

Bonne situation géographique non loin du centre historique à pied, bus à proximité et commerces. L'immeuble dispose de toutes les prestations que j'attendais pour un voyage en famille.

Il manquait une terrasse des éléments de cuisine, j'ai acheté les torchons et produit ménage le sol n'était pas propre et nous sommes restés 10 jours les draps n' ont pas été changés au bout de 8 jours, malgré ma demande pas de serviette de piscine mise à disposition c'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cet établissement mais cette fois ci ce n'était pas gérer par la même conciergerie l'appartement est bien équipé mais il pourrait être meilleur avec une belle décoration et le canapé lit n'était pas confortable pour mes enfants les draps étaient tachés j'ai fais la machine moi même c'est dommage vraiment la prestation pourrait être meilleure

du vol organisé ! rester dehors pendant 40 minutes atminuit et payer 50 euros pour arrivée tardive

Nous avons dû attendre dehors, dans la rue à minuit avec nos bagages avant que quelqu’un vienne nous faire acceder au logement. On ne pluvait même pas attendre à la réception ! Quelle mauvaise organisation ! Depuis 40 ans que je voyage , je n’ai jamais vu ça ! En plus on nous a fait payer 50 euros pour arrivée tardive ! C’est du vol organisé !

Pozitionarea apartamentului, amabilitatea și profesionalismul persoanei care s-a ocupat de check-în, mai exact Rami care ne-a prezentat apartamentul. A fost punctuală, bine organizată și extrem de prietenoasă, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă din primele momente. Ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare cu claritate și răbdare, răspunzând la întrebări și oferind recomandări utile. Apartamentul a fost prezentat impecabil, iar explicațiile au fost concise și ușor de înțeles. Mulțumim pentru o primire călduroasă și pentru toate sugestiile și recomandările oferite.

Bel appartement mais très mauvaise expérience

Très belle appartement, moderne et plutôt équipé correctement

Le service, le check in a été très mauvais, nous avons du attendre plus d'une heure avant d'avoir acces à l'appartement. Sachant que nous ne pouvons pas attendre dans le bâtiment puisque c'est un bâtiment residentiel. Par ailleurs, il était indiqué que nous avions accès à une piscine en rooftop sauf que les accès grâce auxquels nous devions nous connecter sur une application pour pouvoir reserver nos créneaux ne marchaient pas. Le Service client de Stay Unique a été très médiocre puisque nous avons du répéter au moins 5 fois notre problématique sans qu aucune solution ne soit proposé. Seul compensation, une vulgaire bouteille de vin et des chocolats à la liqueur alors que nous ne buvons pas d alcool....

Hôte à l’écoute, appartement très spacieux et bien agencé avec 2 salles de bains dont une située dans la suite parentale(idéal pour une famille avec enfants ou même pour 2 couples), très propre et situé dans un tout nouveau building d’environ 30 étages, très bien insonorisé (double vitrage) bien que situé sur une avenue fréquentée (stade juste à côté), le centre de malaga est à 15 min à pied, centre commercial Rosaleda à 5 min, électroménager tout neuf, la literie est très confortable, wifi excellent. Pour l’anecdote, nous y étions au cours de la gigantesque coupure d’électricité en Espagne, mais au bout de 2 heures, le problème a été rétabli grâce au groupe électrogène c’est qui ne serai pas le cas si nous étions chez un particulier. Vraiment bravo

L’appartement est très ensoleillé et devient très chaud. Pas de climatisation malheureusement ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problèmes pendant ce séjour (fin avril), mais en été ça pourrai devenir invivable. Place de parking relativement difficile à trouver
