KITCHENETTE
- A modern kitchenette fully equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, capsule coffee machine, hand blender, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- In addition to all the appliances, this kitchen provides all the utensils you may need to prepare your meals.
BATHROOM
- A bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower cabin, and hairdryer.

Note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The building's stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, small children, or the elderly.

For easy and quick access to the most popular neighborhoods/attractions in Lisbon, this apartment can't be beat! The apartment is surprisingly spacious and quiet plus clean and well-stocked with paper supplies, soaps, and linens. There is nice separation between the two bedrooms for privacy with the kitchen and living area between them. The manager was quick to assist us in getting access when we arrived and very pleasant to communicate with. We'd love to stay here again.

There were four of us from Texas, California and North Carolina. The location is great- we walked most everywhere. The apartment is really nice. One issue we had is that the address is in multiple parts of the city and many times google picked the incorrect one.

Wonderful location. Central. Clean snd spacious unit. Make sure you can go up and down 4 levels. No elevator. Great communication with the management.

Ease of check in , communication with company , friendly check in and decoration of apartment which was so close to what we wanted.
The main bathroom shower drain is really smelling, smelt the apartment out and will get worse in the summer.
A small welcome pack would be appreciated for long distance travellers (for the price of the rental).
Prior knowledge of the major building works behind the property (8 AM start).
I fully understand that there is little the company can do but the upstairs neighbours were very noisy on their floor from 2AM onwards for up to 20 minutes at a time through to 9AM.
