Welcome to my home!
Bright and modernly furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions!
Fitted with a plush sofa and armchair facing a flat-screen TV, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a toaster, and a kettle. If you fancy dining in, there’s a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
Note: Our apartment is located on the 4th floor with no Lift.

Baixa is Lisbon’s historic heart and commercial center. Neoclassical architecture, built after the 1755 earthquake, surrounds Commerce and Rossio squares. Bustling pedestrianized streets are lined with traditional seafood restaurants and souvenir shops. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, in the upscale Chiado area, shows Portuguese art from the mid-1800s to today, and the Santa Justa Lift offers city views.
This neighbourhood houses the capital’s most emblematic squares and streets. The district starts in Restauradores Square (Praça dos Restauradores), continues up Avenida da Liberdade, through Praça Marquês de Pombal (Marquis of Pombal Square) and from this point forward is considered “Modern Lisbon”.
Baixa is packed with stores and restaurants and is always busy during the day.
My home is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest train stations, Baixa-Chiado (Lines: Blue, Green) and Rossio (Line: Green) are just 5 mins away on foot.
Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20 mins drive from the apartment.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

We loved the location, the beds could definitely be better ( sheets and comfortability) The description was spot on of the place. It was clean and spacious. The 6 flight of stairs was alot but was in the description, so no surprise there. Overall we would stay again.

This apartment was as advertised, including pictures and description. It is very close in walking distance to the main sights in the city, as well as delicious restaurants. This is in the advertisement but it should be reiterated that there is no elevator and the property is 5 floors up. My 75 year old mother would not have been able to carry her luggage if we had not been there to help her. There is also no parking nearby. I would really encourage you not to have a car in Lisbon as it is unnecessary and a pain. Those things being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a lot of character, was located close to everything, and had enough space for the family to spread out. The only complaints we had was a musty smell coming from the bathroom sink drain and linens that did not fit on the bed properly. Other than, be prepared for a lot of steps and a great time in Lisbon!

Our stay was great. Very close to many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and also a mini mart for our basic needs- (water, beer, snacks). Slight city noise- but is expected being downtown. The 4 flights of stairs is definitely a workout (especially after walking all day), but was expected!! The apartment had everything we needed!
