Ferragial Central Apartament (DownTown)

Appartamento in edificio storico grande e luminoso, in posizione centrale comoda a tutto, trasporti e supermercati. Paulo è molto gentile e il fatto che ti venga a prendere in areoporto è una grande comodità.

Het was een erg huiselijk appartement het voelt echt alsof je thuis bent, fijne gastheer die je ontvangt en wegwijs maakt en midden in het centrum van Lissabon

De keerzijde is dat het ‘s nachts vrij lawaaierig is van Pinkstreet. Maar ja je zit dan ook midden in het centrum

L’appartement est grand, clair et idéalement situé pour découvrir Lisbonne. Il est très bien équipé et parfait pour une famille. Nous appréhendions un peu la chaleur sans Clim mais il y fait bon, l’air est très agréable en ouvrant les fenêtres et les ventilateurs largement suffisant la nuit.

The apartment is in a good location, just one block away from the yellow tram line, and is very spacious, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The property manager was very welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating.

The street noise at the front of the apartment of the pub visitors down in the street (Pink Street) was terrible and did not stop until 5 am. The road under our bedroom windows at the back was also busy and there was lots of traffic noise and honking of car horns during the night on Friday and Saturday. The apartment needs a lot of much needed improvements. Dated bathroom with old plumbing, the tap in the sink of the bathroom is totally loose, no shower curtain, some of the fans aren’t working, the old window of one of the bedrooms cannot be opened. The owner really needs to do a thorough inventory of the dated appliances, and do some much needed repairs to this property.
