Ferragial Central Apartament (DownTown)

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, schön eingerichtet und sehr zentral. Wir haben es sehr wertgeschätzt, dass Paulo uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Toll war außerdem, dass das Haus über zwei Eingänge zu beiden Straßenseiten verfügt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Besonders haben wir es genossen, dass wir während der Fußball WM zum großen Public Viewing laufen konnten.

Nichts, wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können!

Great apartment in central location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Paulo was a great host, picked us up at the airport and battled Lisbon traffic to deliver to the apartment, giving us a great background into Lisbon and its history. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped would also be great for longer stays

The apartment is in a good location, just one block away from the yellow tram line, and is very spacious, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The property manager was very welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating.

The street noise at the front of the apartment of the pub visitors down in the street (Pink Street) was terrible and did not stop until 5 am. The road under our bedroom windows at the back was also busy and there was lots of traffic noise and honking of car horns during the night on Friday and Saturday. The apartment needs a lot of much needed improvements. Dated bathroom with old plumbing, the tap in the sink of the bathroom is totally loose, no shower curtain, some of the fans aren’t working, the old window of one of the bedrooms cannot be opened. The owner really needs to do a thorough inventory of the dated appliances, and do some much needed repairs to this property.
