Great location. Nice apartment. Friendly and helpful property owner/manager. Really not much to say on the negative side. The only things potential guests would need to consider is that you need to be somewhat in good physical shape as there are quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment (but I hear that is quite normal in Lisbon) and vehicle access is limited but there is pay parking nearby where you can leave your car.

Amazing place to stay. There is everything you need. The appartment comes with everything, very well equiped. Don't hesitate to stop at Flat Cafe near by. The staff and owner are great people and the coffee and food is good. Be ready to climb the 75 steps to get to the roof top appartment. It keeps you in good shape. David was great to deal with and respond always very quickly with clear instructions. Thank you David!

We had a great stay at this property. The host David was excellent! Very helpful and his communication was amazing. The unit was clean and bright and suited our needs as a family of 6 for a short stay. Restaurants, shopping and water front were all very walkable. The only down side was the amount of stairs to climb to the unit and the air conditioning wasn’t that great but with a breeze at night, sleeping was comfortable. Would recommend!

We had a few issues and several of them I would have liked to know ahead of time. -Water on the kitchen floor upon arrival. David, the host, was informative and helpful and resolved the water issue fairly quickly. -early check in promised at 11:00am ( that we paid over 100 extra for), but then were not offered access until 2pm. -it could use some nice plush towels and not being able to flush toilet paper was a downside. -HOLY CRAP!!! 4th floor (really 5 b/c the first is really 0), no elevator -thank goodness that my husband and I ,who in our 60’s, are generally fit!! Had I read all reviews I would have known this…however, full disclosure would have been nice. -portable air conditioning-we were told we could not keep apartment cool/comfortable during the day ( had to be off during the day) so it took a lot of time to cool down a portion of the apartment.
