David ensured that we had a ride from the airport to the apartment. He picked us up himself. He gave us a little tour of Lisbon before we got settled into the apartment. David also made sure we had a ride to the train station. The apartment was very clean and the views from the two bedrooms was spectacular. Shopping and restaurants are close by as well as busses and trolleys. I would stay here again and would recommend that if you are looking to stay in Lisbon you stay here. Thanks David for making our trip very enjoyable and memorable.

Great location, within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and activities. The apartment is in a hilly area and on the top floor of the building that requires a lot of stairs, so be prepared to do a lot of strenuous walking but I would definitely stay here again. We were able to arrange very reasonably priced transportation with Davide, and he was very accommodating with us to get an early check-in. He even provided fresh, local pastries for us. He was extremely helpful, and provided a lot of information about local activities, places to eat, etc. He also reached out to us several times to see if we needed anything at all.

The host was very communicative and helpful. Our issue is a result of our age. to get into this apartment you have to go down approximately 50 stairs located behind a church. The real problem was once you entered the door to this VRBO you had to ascend 5 floors, a total of 77 very steep stairs. All this with your luggage. There is no elevator. Uber/Lyft cannot go into the neighborhood and drop you at the address, you must be dropped a distance from the location and walk to the VRBO.This VRBO is definitely not user friendly for older, physically challenged or handicapped individuals. We had 3 handicap in our party and it was a very difficult process to go up and down the stairs. The setup of the apartment was awkward, it isn't optimal for a family gathering, as the seating does not lend to this. The small sofa (sits 1-2) is old and not very comfortable and has its back to the dining are where you can sit 4. This unit does not have a balcony, as it seems some of the photos we taken from. To go outside you have to descend and then ascent bak up the very steep 77 stairs.The host was friendly and helpful. He offered many tips and suggestions for enjoying the locale. He was responsive to our texts.
