About this villa rental
Cas Carello is a country house for 12 people located in Alcanada, one of the most prestigious areas in the northern region, near the Alcanada Golf Club and the coves with calm waters. A house at a great height from where one can observe privileged views of the island's nature and the coast with blue waters.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.
The two-storey house boasts a swimming pool with sunbeds for tanning in summer, as well as several terraces where the family can gather to eat and chat.
In a Mediterranean style, its decoration is well-maintained and contemporary; in the common areas, which are very modern, we find several dining rooms with a fireplace, bright and with access to the terrace. Sat TV and free WiFi
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, appliances, and a table for working or having breakfast with the family.
On the ground floor we find 3 bedrooms and on the 1st floor, which is reached by an exterior staircase, there are another 3 bedrooms.
This property has air conditioning in the living room of both floors and in the main bedroom on the first floor. Fans are also provided.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit is charged.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

Good peaceful location close to everything needed.
Very spacious with a nice pool.
Pool towels provided and enough loungers for all guests.
Bathroom fittings, showers etc are now not up to standard and need renewal.
Pool parasols are all damaged.
Upstairs air conditioning required in bedrooms.

Lovely villa with plenty of space if more than one family would like to holiday together. The kids were delighted with the size of the pool. Location was great, only a 15 walk to the port and a few lovely local restaurants closer by.
A Welcome Book would have been really handy. It took us a long time to figure out where outdoor light switches were. A taxi number, few restaurant recommendations or bit of information about things to see in the area would have been great. The pool got very dirty during our two week stay, it really needs to be cleaned every week.

The indoor seating was quite limited, which made it less comfortable for lounging during cooler evenings. While the villa was generally well-equipped, a few additional indoor furnishings would have enhanced the overall comfort. Some areas could benefit from minor updates to match the high standard of the outdoor space.
While the villa had its charms, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. There was no fresh bedding or towels provided during our stay, and no place to hang laundry to dry. The gravel landscaping around the pool was uncomfortable underfoot, and the pool itself wasn’t cleaned throughout our 12-day visit. Access to the upstairs bedrooms was only via outdoor steps, which became dangerously slippery in the rain, and there was no kitchen equipment available on the upper floor. Air conditioning wasn’t available in every bedroom, and we experienced persistent drain smells both inside and outside. The showers didn’t drain properly, causing flooding in the bathrooms, and the awning leaked during rain, making the outdoor seating area unusable. Additionally, the gas hob was difficult to operate, with some rings not functioning.
