This Cape Cod home is perfect for the beach lover, boater, kayaker or paddle boarder with proximity to Mill Pond and boating to the outer beach! Beautiful home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and two full baths on two levels. Main level features a sunny living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV open to the dining space, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and farmhouse sink, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with twin bunk beds, a full bath with tub/shower combination and full sized stacked washer and dryer. Cozy three season porch with TV provides access to the new deck and yard. The upper level has the primary bedroom with king bed and peeks of the water, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a new walk-in shower. AC, Gas Grill & Outdoor Shower. New Deck for Summer 2022!

Sweet house on a great block ending at a boat launch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and plan to return. The upstairs renovated primary bedroom is a highlight of the property but the other rooms were sized nicely as well. The property manager was immediately accessible via text and very responsive. House may be relatively new as a rental property so didn't have a few kitchen things I would have expected but overall it was excellent. We had unusually nice weather which helped make our extended stay extra special. WiFi was sufficient to work from home. Neighborhood is very friendly. Would love Orleans to more directly link to the rail trail from here but we managed and had great rides. Very much enjoyed using our new kayaks which we wheeled down the hill of the boat launch to get to the water. We also swam at this same spot when we wanted a quick dip. EZ access to some of the Capes best beaches. Can't wait to return!

This newly painted and updated home was the perfect place to spend a week with my best friend of 18 years who had never visited the Cape. Location is perfect homemade as we explored Wellfleet, Chatham, Orleans.
Short walk to marsh where it is possible to walk along a small trail.
I loved the outdoor shower. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Home is decorated in pleasing relaxing beach colors. Kitchen has updated appliances and is well equipped. Washer and dryer came in handy. Screen porch nice for enjoying a evening cocktail.
I can’t say enough good things about this home!
Hope to return in future!!

The house is impeccable. Freshly renovated, completely clean and cozy. Furnishings are sparse, but again clean and tidy. Bring your own beach chairs and any other sporting goods you may want to use. The home is very comfortable for 6 people, as long as two of them are okay with bunk beds. Bathrooms are newly done over and the kids loved the outdoor shower. We had a great time.
