SummerSalt is a comfortable, well-located 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home with central AC, Wi-Fi, private deck, and outdoor shower, thoughtfully set up for up to 6 guests. An ideal home base for beach days, Lower Cape exploring, and relaxed summer living.
WELCOME HOME
Ideally located in East Orleans in a quiet neighborhood – close to downtown, walkable to preservation trails, and bikeable to beaches. One floor living makes everything easier and the fun extends outside to a private deck, fire pit area, and corn hole zone. The house is bright, welcoming, and fully stocked for families to enjoy. The living area features central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is provided for fall and winter visits, making this a great off-season Cape rental as well.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests. All linens and towels are provided as well as a new stacked washer/dryer with needed Spray n Wash, detergent and fabric softener should laundry be on the to-do list.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy time outside on the private deck, complete with a Weber propane grill for casual summer meals. In the evening, relax around the propane fire pit and under the lights after a day at the beach.
Beach chairs and beach towels are provided, so you can travel light.
After swimming or sandy adventures, wash the beach off in the outdoor shower or use the salt-n-sand station to rinse off the toys, chairs, and the usual beach haul before it lands back in the car — a convenient and very Cape Cod way to enjoy the summer salt.
