This villa sits on the third floor, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large family living room overlooking the ocean, and houses original paintings from local artists. New kitchen floor and other upgrades added Summer 2020! New Flooring was added to the Living & Dining Area & Both Bedrooms in August of 2021.
There are sliding glass doors in the living area and master bedroom that open onto the balcony. Sliding glass can be replaced with screens to enjoy ocean breezes inside the villa.
The balcony high-top chairs and bar table furniture are perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the sea breeze and oceanfront views. Sleeping spaces include a king bed in one room, 2 twins in the other, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests will enjoy full access to all King and Prince Resort amenities.
Take advantage of the resort's South Villa private pool, whirlpool, and grilling area.
The King and Prince also offers multiple pools, oceanfront dining, golf, tennis, and other amenities. St Simon's top restaurants like Crabdaddy's, Crab Trap, Beachcomber BBQ, Barrier Island Brewery, & Fiddlers are all within a short walking distance from the villa. Use for low-cost tee-time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf (Hampton club): 12 Miles. Jekyll Island Golf: 20 Miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beachwear & bike rentals.

The view cannot be beat! Ocean views in both living room and bedroom created a relaxing atmosphere. Bed was comfortable and unit is nicely decorated. We like this tower because it is closest to the large King And Prince pool area, and beach access. Would definitely rent again!

We would stay here again, primarily for the proximity to the beach and the King and Prince amenities, but it was not outstanding. Daily use things seemed clean (like the floor and the bathroom) but it seems like people who clean vacation units always forget to dust…like the slatted doors of closets and laundry space had a healthy layer of dust. Just makes things feel a little grimy but not a catastrophe and also not uncommon from our other experiences staying in the area. Not super kid-friendly for small kids (beds high off the floor, glass dining table, lots of small breakable knickknacks, breakable kitchen cups and plates) - I can’t fault them for this I’m just sharing that in case you have small kids, you may need to do a little childproofing during your stay. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen supplies seemed minimal and we couldn’t find a pizza cutter if there was one. Contact through chatting with host on VRBO was responsive but not very knowledgeable about K&P amenity package, which concerned me, but check in at K&P was amazing and they were very knowledgeable and we received all the pool wristbands/key cards/number codes we needed. I also did not receive any communication leading up to my stay with my check in information, but was able to track down a phone number and be re-routed to another office that handled the SSI properties, and then they sent me what I needed. Overall, it met expectations due to the amazing location and amenities the King and Prince offers.

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and main pool. Awesome amenities!! We had a blast!

The property needs to be updated. Only one towel per person was given for a 3 night stay, not enough toilet paper and no ironing board. No response from management in 5 hours and had to reach out again. There were dusty plants and sliding doors were dirty. Our own key code was not entered and had to use main code. None of this is acceptable for the price we paid.
