Enter the residence on the ground floor by the plunge pool, shared only with the residents of 234 Myrtle. Stairs or elevator take you to the top level, where the home opens up to a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Chef's kitchen will delight even the most accomplished cook, with its six burner gas stove, double dishwasher drawers, built in oven and micro-oven, warming drawers, and oversized refrigerator. Plenty of counter space, including an eat-in island, provides the ideal setting for prep-work.
Beyond the living area are three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bath with granite counters and limestone tile. The spacious master suite features a walk-in shower with body jets, double vanities, whirlpool tub with chandelier, and private balcony with ocean view. One additional guest room is located separate from the others, just off the first floor—this features a king size bed, mini wet bar and en suite bath, perfect for a family traveling with an au pair. Please note, the television in the twin bedroom does not receive a broadcast signal, but is equipped to play DVDs.
Additional features include natural tumbled marble flooring and raised ceilings throughout, a private elevator, original artwork, bar with built-in wine refrigeration, top of the line built-in outdoor gas grill, and more. Located across from the beach, within walking distance of the King & Prince.

Condo was beautiful, clean and had amazing views of the beach from the living room, kitchen and several decks. Very spacious as well. The shared pool between our unit and the one next door was a nice bonus.
The only thing that was a bit odd was that for a beach rental, the unit had no beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas. We were offered a credit towards the rental fee of these items which worked out fine, but just be aware that there are various fees involved nonetheless.
Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here. You will not be sorry.

236 Myrtle st is an amazing property. The home will not dissapoint and the property manager was so easy to work with. beach access is across the street and the property is an easy walk into town - lots of shops and restaurants. The ocean water is not as clean as we expected as there are rivers close buy which cause a lot of silt in the water but the beach is awesome for long walks or riding a bike. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the beach and fishing. Great place to bike from. Immaculate home with all the amenities we needed. I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Views were amazing.
