Sitting on the second floor (end unit) of the King and Prince Condominium South Beach Villas complex, enjoy sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean. This villa is perfect! The location is great and the views spectacular. The access to the beach and the King and Prince pools is so easy. Brad was very helpful, and our group of all ages enjoyed a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back.

This property was beautifully decorated, fantastic amenities and all the conveniences of home! We did not have to bring anything! Great location in St. Simons - beautiful views of the ocean.
