About this villa rental
Steps-to-the-sand Oceanfront Villa at King & Prince | 3BR/3BA
Some places you visit. Others you settle into. Villa #347 is the second kind.
Set right on the beach at the historic King & Prince Beach & Golf Resort, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo gives you the best of both worlds: the privacy and space of your own home, plus the amenities of one of the Georgia coast's most storied resorts. With a bathroom for every bedroom, it works just as well for two couples splitting a getaway as it does for a family with kids who need their own corner.
Resort access included.
Your stay comes with full guest privileges at the King & Prince, poolside bar service, tennis courts and gym access.
Mornings start on the private balcony, coffee in hand, watching the sun come up over the Atlantic. By mid-morning you're on the sand, no parking lot, no long walk, no hauling gear across a road. Lunch might be a sandwich back in the condo or a drink delivered poolside. Afternoons are for tennis, a round of golf, or a bike ride under the live oaks. When evening comes, you can fire up the fully equipped kitchen and cook whatever you picked up at the seafood market, or skip the dishes entirely and walk to dinner at Echo, the resort's oceanfront restaurant or one of the many local spots just a few blocks away. End the night with a movie on the flat-screen and the sound of waves just outside.

Great condo in every way: the set-up, the view of the ocean, the beds, the kitchen.

I sent two questions (the same ?) on the VRBO app and never got a response from the owners regarding my question. It would be nice if the owners would provide an electric water kettle. The unit was very nicely furnished and clean.
