We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

What a cute house ! Plenty of space for the adults and college kids . Pool was great! I can’t say anything bad about this house ! Perfect location , so cute inside ; had all the amenities . We will rent again , no doubt !

We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next year. The bedroom next to the pool is a lot warmer than the rest of the house, so we were unable to use that bedroom

This house was amazing. The title of the property calls it a cottage, but there was a lot of space for everyone. The house was beautifully decorated and renovated. The bathrooms and the showers were great. And the pool was absolutely amazing!
