Sunset Dreams is a recently built luxury 2,171 square foot Townhome with great furnishings, an elevator, and a pool! Relax in a spacious home that is part of a new neighborhood, The Cove, located in the southern part of beautiful Kure Beach.
Enjoy a brand-new property that has a large covered deck, ceramic tile showers, oak flooring in main living area, community pool, outdoor shower and a private elevator.
Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!
Experience a new kitchen that has new counters, high end appliances, a large island and all the tools to make a great meal. With 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths you will have plenty of room to stretch out. **Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to weather or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **
*NO PETS per the condo association rules.
**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
* Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
* Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

Beautiful piece of property and very clean. Nicely decorated and spacious. Enjoyed the small pool. One of the nicer properties in which I’ve stayed. My only complaint would be I did not really care for this beach area. While Kure beach was relatively quiet, the nearby Carolina beach was too commercial and crowded.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at this condo in The Cove at Kure Beach, NC. Plenty of space to spread out, well furnished, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo was very nice, decorated so pretty, and very clean. We had an ocean view from the large balcony off of the 3rd floor. There’s an elevator too, so if you have any physical limitations this would make it easy for you. The pool was just a few steps across from the condo and the entire property is beautifully landscaped. There are multiple areas to access the beach, be aware most areas are pay to park. However, there’s free parking at Ft.Fisher and the beach is absolutely beautiful. We felt that Pleasure Island was very family friendly. If you’re looking for a more active area, Carolina Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and there’s plenty to do there. Also, the NC Aquarium was close to the condo and then there’s the battleship tour in Wilmington that our family enjoyed. Communication was easy with the owners/managers of property. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful house just a block from the beach! Three floors of stairs so I hope your calves are in shape! The area was nice with the aquarium and boardwalk. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice getaway.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This house is fairly new and it was very clean. Everything from the time of booking to when we left the property, was great. I plan to book this beautiful home on our next vacation to Kure Beach, NC!
