SFW32115: Kure Cove- Brand new townhome in Kure Beach w/ Community Pool!

The property was very nice. Wish there had been more amenities. Proximity to a beach access was easily reached in a short walk. It was in a very peaceful area, not hardly any cars. The pool was diagonally across from our rental. That was convenient for our family. We did have trouble with the keyless entry the second day, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it. We also were given the wrong WiFi password and got that resolved in a couple of days. Overall it was a nice place and we had a wonderful time!

Very Nice quiet area for family vacation. House was clean and nice. Pool was nice and not crowded. Easy access to beach. Ping Pong table was a fun item to have for cloudy days

This is a beautiful, spacious home located at the end of a quiet street. There is a 1-2 min walk to a small community pool and a 5-6 min walk for public access to the beach. The home was moderately clean with the exception of the bed linen (hair and stains), the bath linen was dingy and stained, both were over used and need upgrading, however the washer and dryer were sufficient. The living room furniture was stained, we discovered a pullout bed-nice option to have but the amount of human/pet hair was unpleasant. The balcony off the living room was nice and spacious, however our use was limited due to a black wasp nest under the arm of one chair and another inside the hole underneath a second chair that wasps constantly migrated back to. The screen for the balcony door had also been removed and not replaced—just lying against the wall. There were spiders/webs, dead bugs and a light out in the bed/bath on the first floor. Important details when paying a high cleaning fee. The elevator was out of order on arrival. The host didn’t respond until day 3 of our stay with no follow up solution. I contacted Carolina Realty before closing hours and was just put through an automatic system with no response on day 1. Several messages were left by text and phone and only got a live person on day 2 by pressing the number for owners-disappointing. However, once I spoke with a pleasant person she reached out to the owner who had the elevator repaired that afternoon with no further problems.

We had a great time at the beach! Kure beach was not crowded and it was just a short walk to the beach access. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family to spend a week together.
