The 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each located on 3 separate floors, each come with their own full bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for everyone along with Roku enabled smart TVs. The master suite is a true retreat with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, and access to the large, ocean-view balcony. The other two rooms are perfect for kids or couples, each featuring a queen bed and a bunkbed (400 lb resting weight capacity per sleeping surface) – ideal for families with children!

The Living Space:
The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, thanks to the soaring 10-foot ceilings. The living room features a 75-inch LG TV with Dolby Soundbar, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with with all the gadgets (Keurig & drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, snowball maker, rice cooker, even a mini donut maker for a fun breakfast!). Step out onto the 37-foot-long deck to enjoy the ocean breeze, sip your favorite beverage, and watch the waves roll in (seating areas covered & uncovered).

When you’re ready to hit the sand, you don’t have to worry about packing—this house comes with everything you need: backpack style beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella, sand toys, coolers, and plush beach towels! The beach is just a 3-minute walk away—no need to drive!
