My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Sofa bed will not be made up on your arrival but linen is provided and left in the sofa bed storage facility underneath.
Access to the property is via a communal entrance and is on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs.

Lovely spotlessly clean apartment with all the amenties needed for your stay .
Great location only a few minutes walk to the town centre and castle
parking on site which is a bonus
Advise when driving to the apartment use what 3vwords as sat nav took us onto the high street trouble finding apartment

Loved the convenience of this property. Fantastic location. Communication was responsive and excellent. All instructions were clear. Would be greatly improved with replacement of main bed and sofa bed. Mild spots of mold in washroom which can easily be attended to by management.
