Location is ideal. Staff are welcoming and obliging. Quick to respond to queries. Bus to Heathrow stops at the front door.
I didn’t realise it would be such a climb up to third floor. Should have checked more carefully.

Parking was about a 10 minute walk away but was ok to benefit from the central location.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk from the train station, across the road from the castle and 4-5 miles from Legoland.
Hallway and apartment didn’t smell nice, we had the windows open the whole time to air the place out. In need of upgrading, beds not comfortable, pillows thin and not enough. We didn’t use the dishwasher as it wasn’t draining and had a pool of dirty water in it. Internal doors dirty, needed wiping down. Very basic accommodation.
