About this apartment rental
Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

I was very impressed with the daily cleaning of the pool and upkeep of the property as a whole. Great location, you get the best of both worlds, sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Saw dolphins on the bay side and plenty of other wildlife. Short walk to the beach and the plaza next door has a beach store, cafe, restaurant/bar and comedy club. Room was as advertised and very clean. Only con was the bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain. Took a couple days to get fixed but chalking that up to the holiday weekend. Staff was actually very accommodating. Plan to stay again.

Fantastic location - very near the beach, but a quiet area with lovely view over the water and frequent wildlife sightings right from the balcony; excellent pool area with sun, shade, comfortable furniture, and pool toys provided; very comfortable accommodations - full kitchen, private bathrooms and sleeping areas, and enough living space to share with a group. Great value. Fits our needs perfectly.

I have been a happy guest at the Sunrise for over 20 years and have accepted reasonable rate increases during that time. NextHome's decision to increase the January rate to high season rates and to increase administrative fees and housekeeping plus asking for a breakage insurance motivated me to shop somewhere else. The whole experience really effected what should have been a relaxing time with other long time loyal guests into a stressful time of disappointment for all regarding future stays at the Sunrise.
