Great location, fab intra coastal view from good size balcony. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.good parking onsite.great management company, very helpful.pool can get busy but was very good with a 6ft deep end.all walkways and grounds very clean and well kept.appartment showing signs of its age but was very comfortable with everything you would need supplied.there is also bus stop right outside, great for a ride to st petersburgh and more.Thanks to everyone.

great location, fab views of waterways from good balcony and beach from front door area with outdoor seating. pool can get crowded but was great. grounds, walkways etc very well kept. great staff team. easy walking to beach and restaurants.

The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the condo exceeded our expectations. The pool and all of the included amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely plan to stay at this location again in the future.
