Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

Condo was very clean and accommodations as described. Great location with waterfront & pool view from the balcony and great beach acces a short walk away. While we had some minor issues, on-site staff were immediately responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely stay again for cleanliness and easy access to everything!

The condo was immaculate. Had beach chairs beach cooler and chairs . Good location . The dock was nice to sit at with a coffee and watch the manatees. The pool was extremely crowded with a lot of kids who were not well supervised . The sheltered area always had a party that took over and went late with loud people .

Our condo was in a convenient location across from the beach. Overall we enjoyed our time there as we have stayed there in the past. It would have been nice to have more towels as we had to wash them more frequently. In addition, the white towels although clean, had some stains which was not appealing. Cutliere supply was limited in addition to pots and pans. There were also no oven mitts. The last two nights of our stay the lights in the pool and hot tub were turned off. This was disappointing for our evening swim. Overall a pleasant experience.
