Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

The condo building was overall a clean place with a nice pool area and bay view. This building is located on a busy road, so be careful when crossing to the beach. St. Pete's Beach was beautiful and centrally located to Pass A Grille, John's Pass, Treasure Island and Downtown St. Pete, which all have great shopping and dining. The bay side balcony unit was a relaxing view. Downside: our unit only had two beach chairs for a four person unit, no throw blankets for bed. Most importantly there was no way to securely lock this unit from the inside (lock or deadbolt) for nighttime security. The only lock was the exterior combo lock, which many have used that combo lock, though I'm sure it's changed,often but still would be a much better feeling to be able to lock up inside at night. Lastly it is taking a while to receive security deposit back. company said, it was credited back last week, but still nothing on visa card. We checked out two weeks ago and still waiting!

Overall Property was satisfactory : Unit 310 was disappointing. Needs repair: Coffee table,Liv Rm Blinds,Laundry doors off track,Master closet full of 6 comforters as well as under broken bed frame in 2nd Bdrm.Overal Unit cleanliness extremely poor; Toilet rim dirty,all floors were gritty needed mopping,balcony floor 2 large dirt stains,top refrig extremely dusty,master bath mirror had blood stains on right side(also on light fixture) and water stains just above counter top, found a finger nail in accumulated dust in corner of counter right sink.Amenties at a minimum, 1 Dish towel,3 cereal/salad bowls. Based on my history with Sunrise, I would recommend the property to others stipulating that they take a deep dive into the specific Unit of interest. I will not rent Unit 310 in the future.
