About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment located in the hills of Camaiore about 20 minutes from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. From here you can easily reach Lucca and the other art cities of Tuscany. The house, with its own entrance and private garden, is located on the first floor of a villa on two levels. The apartment is comfortable and furnished with refined taste. The living area consists of entrance hall, a large room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the large terrace overlooking the garden is well furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue for your lunches. The private garden with private pool offers guests a beautiful gazebo with garden furniture to relax in the Tuscan sun. Private parking is available on the property. internet, electricity, gas and water are included in the price. The final cleaning has a cost of Euro 80,00. When necessary an extra fee for the use of heating will be calculated. Airconditioning upon request for Euro 50,00 a week. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed. The deposit of Euro 300.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.

First I must mention the hosts. They have our vote for the nicest family in Italy. They were warm and welcoming. The rental is the entire 2nd floor of their lovely home. It has a private entry. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It has obviously been completely renovated and is in perfect condition. Everything is very comfortable.
We had been staying in the center of historic districts in towns and cities all over Umbria and Tuscany. This was a very nice change to be out in a small village in the country with low mountains around. The peace and quiet was most welcome.
It was fairly easy to make day trips to both Lucca and Pisa. Nevertheless, there are some very good restaurants in the vicinity that the hosts can recommend. So you can stay in the countryside and enjoy a good meal there as well.
I highly recommend anyone to stay here on a visit to the Lucca area.
