Nice modern villa

Very clean- modern. Bed was comfortable. Pool was good, but we came when it wasn’t very hot so it was quite cold. Air conditioning worked well. Shower pressure was nice and strong. I recommend this villa if you are aiming to stay beach side. And do mainly the beaches. It’s half an hour and some hour day trips to visit some nice beaches around. 1 hour drive to Florence. Lucca was nice as well. You would need a car to stay here.super market near by. Some restaurants within 15 min radius. It was a nice stay. A free large safe carpark on the other side of the villa.

There’s lots of mosquitoes so bring your mosquito spray. The kitchen in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is very small. It was a bit difficult to cook in. Only one person can really fit in there to cook properly. The other rooms the kitchen was a bit more open.

Nice place, would stay again.

The pool was great, the apartment was nice and well equipped. The garden was nice and secluded. Contact with owners were smooth via whatsapp.

If there had been a terrace or balcony connected to the apartment it would have been even better.

Fantastisch

Dit is een fantastische locatie. Het appartement lijkt wel nieuw en is voorzien van alle gemakken, een ruime badkamer, ruime slaapkamer, een keuken en een wasmachine en in de woonkamer staat een slaapbank. De locatie ligt strategisch erg gunstig tussen Lucca, Pisa en Florence. Parkeren is gratis op een grote parkeerplaats recht voor de deur. De tuin is gigantisch met veel plek voor kinderen om te spelen en een zwembad. De eigenaar had op ons verzoek een BBQ georganiseerd bij aankomst en dat was ook erg fijn!

Fijn maar door geluidsoverlast van bovenburen niet optimaal

Prachtig appartement in een mooi huis met prachtige tuin met fijn zwembad. Fijn bed, fijne douche, goed ingerichte keuken. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige gastheren. Soepele en flexibele incheck. Locatie centraal gelegen en vlakbij de snelweg voor bezoeken aan Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre en Viareggio (strand). Parkeren tegenover de acco op grote parkeerplaats.

In het dorp is weinig te beleven. De acco herbergt ook privé appartementen van (luidruchtige) Italianen. Omdat het een oud (maar vrij recent mooi gerenoveerd) gebouw is is het gehorig. Wij hadden, met ons appartement op de 1e verdieping, dagelijks behoorlijke geluidsoverlast van de bovenburen op de 2e verdieping. Eigenaar Giovanni heeft na herhaaldelijke meldingen van onze kat gedaan wat hij kon (helaas zonder resultaat) en bood ons voor de laatste 2 nachten een (kleiner) vervangend onderkomen aan. Dat was heel aardig.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania północnej Toskanii. Bardzo zadbany ogród, leżaczki i basen. Stylowe, fajne wnętrze, bardzo czysto. Wygodne materace. Mili i gościnni właściciele i niezobowiązująca atmosfera. Polecamy to miejsce.

Location molto bella, super pulita! Se non si ha voglia di muoversi si può stare in relax nello splendido giardino attrezzato con tutti i confort a bordo piscina. Non è una piscina olimpionica ma è sufficiente per rinfrescarsi.

Et behagelig sted å bo, dersom man ønsker å utforske deler av Toscana med bil.

Et rolig sted å trekke seg tilbake til etter å ha utforsket andre byer med bil. Lucca ligger ikke så langt unna, det samme gjaldt feks Viareggio for bading. Hyggelig, velstelt hage med behagelige solsenger. Fin leilighet, gode senger. Hyggelig vertskap.

Lite sentralt, man er avhengig av bil for å handle matvarer, eller gjøre andre utflukter. Ingen steder man kan rusle til, for eksempel for å spise middag. Ingen utsikt.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schön ausgestattetes Apartment (Doppelzimmer) mit einer funktionalen Küchenzeile, für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage mit Pool, den wir häufig für uns alleine hatten.

Stilvolle Top- Ferienwohnung

Es ist alles perfekt und wir vergeben 11 von 10 möglichen Punkten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Täglich wird nach dem sehr großen und topgepflegten Garten geschaut. Der Garten bietet sowohl Ruhe als auch Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Unser Hund fühlte sich auch sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und gut ausgestattet. Massarosa liegt sehr ruhig. Zu den Stränden von Viareggio sind es ca 20 Autominuten. Ebenso lange braucht man nach Lucca. Villa Rosy ist eine ganz besondere und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Villa Rosy puro relax 😜

La struttura arredata con gusto, appartamento superattrezzato, piscina meravigliosa con giardino curatissimo, vicino a luoghi bellissimi della Versilia. Il proprietario Giovanni è sempre reperibile e disponibile e il suo papà è simpaticissimo sempre pronto per una piacevole chiacchierata. Ti indica posti e luoghi da visitare. È stata una piacevole vacanza!

Purtroppo a causa del caldo numerosi sono stati gli incendi che hanno funestato la Toscana 🔥🥲

Rundum es war ein absolut toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für knapp eine Woche in der Villa Rosy( zwei Erwachsene + 1 Kind) und fanden es grandios. Alles war super sauber, Ausstattung top, Besitzer super lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren top gepflegt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Großer Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Das Meer war mit dem Auto ca 20 Minuten entfernt. Nach Pisa sind wir etwas über eine halbe Stunde gefahren. Massarosa ist ein kleiner überschaubarer Ort. Penny zum einkaufen mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt.
