Be aware!
The location
My friends and I had booked this appartment (due to the environment and good reviews) for a week, but since the moment we arrived, we didn’t felt welcome at all. After we booked this, we got an email from the host that we couldn’t join the swimming pool the first night because of a private party. So far not any problems with it. However;
- After arriving we had a lunch at the salon table and we were suprised to see the host in a hysterical way in front of the door telling us we had to be quiet and we couldn’t move the chairs but we had to lift them up when sitting.
- The next morning we were even more surprised when we’d received a text message (which you can see below). The message was saying we were making a mess, too much noise and we shouldn’t wear heels because of nuisance. (We are 5 decent ladies around 25 years and we do know what a feeling of responsibility is and what good manners are!). The host was communicating in a disrespectfull and commanding way to us. She also pointed on our education. This is absolutely not ok and not professional! (Please see the whatsapp conversation below) After we asked for a proper conversation face to face, she declined and told us we just had to do what she said.
- After the discussion, the host told us we weren’t wearing any face masks and asked if we wanted to wear them. Ofcourse, this was not a problem for us at all. However we haven’t seen her and her colleagues wearing one at all. Also during the swimming pool party (with a lot of people!!), we haven’t seen anyone wearing one.
— We went to the reception to talk with her in a decent way, but that was not a succes. The moment she saw us she had an awful and disrespectfull attitude and even started yelling at us!
- We rebooked this appartment the first day. We had contact with an employer of Booking.com and were allowed to take our time with leaving the appartment. We were pretty much ready to leave, until we got the host (without any warning or knocking the door!

I due appartamenti sono meravigliosi, curati nei minimi dettagli e dotati di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Abbiamo goduto degli spazi comuni, piscina molto bella e biliardo da gara! Molto buono il contatto prima dell’arrivo, ottima l’accoglienza e la disponibilità in ogni occasione. Torneremo sicuramente!
