This beautiful detached house is located in the historic centre of Bozzano, a village near Lake Massaciuccoli, only 12 km from the beaches of Viareggio and 15 km from Lucca. The building was recently renovated using local materials and preserves its original structure. The surroundings boast numerous natural attractions, such as the lake where you can watch birds, but also historical ones, thanks to the extraordinary monumental baths of the ancient Roman villa on the lake. You can also reach the pretty town of Lucca via the Puccini cycle path, named after the famous composer who loved this area. To access the property and the private parking area, one enters the ancient threshing floor, where in ancient times wheat was put to dry. The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful, fully-fenced garden, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining, as well as a relaxation area with sofa and a hexagonal swimming pool (diameter 3 m, depth 100 cm, open from May to mid-October) with sun loungers and parasols. The house is on two floors, is about 80 m² in size and consists of a kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, American coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery) and a living room with dining area, sofa and satellite TV on the ground floor and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer on the first floor.
