What an enchanting spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in June. It was large and clean, with an incredible, peaceful courtyard in front and our own smaller courtyard off the back. We felt it was very close to public transportation with a delightful bodega serving pastries and gelato just steps away. Also a yummy sandwich shop next door. We had an easy time getting into the apartment and the owners were flexible with our luggage drop-off as we navigated an earlier than expected arrival. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Nicolo’s place was great. Nice location to see Rome with public transportation (minus the one day strike which is not the stay’s fault) while having a nice patio to drink wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. Nice little sandwich shop and coffee shop virtually next door. Nicolo gave us some tips for restaurants and was willing to make a reservation for us. Recommended.

We had a wonderful 2 months at the Vatican apartment. Nicolo was a fantastic host and was quick to help us navigate Rome. He was always available and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment had everything that we needed to feel at home for our stay. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

This property is the perfect location to stay to visit the Vatican or take a tour of Rome. Very nice neighborhood with cafes, markets, shops all within walking distance. Nicolo is an outstanding host & went out of his way to provide everything we needed. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a lush private garden. Perfect to relax & unwind after a day trip. I would highly recommend Vatican Villa property to families or couples looking for a true Italian living experience.
