Sunset Waterfront Resort is one of Kelowna’s finest luxury resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and beautiful mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants as well as a casino and live entertainment venues.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite features Lake and Lagoon views. The master provides a Queen bed with Ensuite, 2 Twin Beds (T2K) in the second bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. This suite is equipped to accommodate 4 guests.
There are 3 TV’s located in the master bedroom, living room and second bedroom. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

Although this unit could definitely use some TLC, the location and lake views are stellar. The building is very well maintained and has lovely amenities.We stayed 3 months and found that we needed to buy a few things to accommodate our comfort and kitchen needs. It's apparently been a student rental and shows some wear and tear.A few minor issues were promptly attended to by a handyman from the management company.Internet and cable tv were excellent. For the price, we felt it was a good deal, considering its hard to find a sizable 2 bdrm with 2 baths.

Nice property but you will want to bring some cushions for the hard wrought iron patio furniture and hard kitchen chairs. And extra sheets.

Very nice building within easy walking distance to great restaurants, Lakeshore walkways, Yacht Club, winery and huge Waterftont park. This unit on the 15th floor has a corner balcony with excellent views.
