Enjoy staying downtown minutes from everything! Located on the 3rd floor of the Herons 2 building in the Waterscapes Resort Complex.
Recently renovated this modern condo is sure to make your stay relaxing and fun!
The main bedroom features a King bed, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. In the Internal den bedroom (no window) there are two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request.
The condo has most everything a guest could need such as a washer, dryer, and dishwasher to make you feel like it's a home away from home!
The suite comes with 1 parking stall in the underground parkade and there is limited Visitor parking on site. If a second parking stall is needed kindly reach out to booking staff to check available stalls to rent.
Perhaps the best feature is that you don't have to exit the building to access the Cascades Club Amenities! This suite provides access to the gym, Pool and Hot tubs on the 3rd Floor! The Club also provides full changing rooms, pool tables and a community meeting area.
Guests have full use of the resort amenities which includes:
* 2 hot tubs
* Seasonal Outdoor Pool (mid May to September)
* Pool table
*Communal BBQ
*Fitness Room
*Putting Green
You are just a few minutes walk to Tugboat Beach where you can go swimming, rent a paddle board or just hang out on the beach. Just cross the road and you are nearly immediately on the boardwalk, where you can head past the beach to downtown hassle (and car) free. Boardwalk path all the way to the bridge and beyond on 5K dedicated walking and cycle paths. This provides easy walking to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants in the downtown area.

Bachelorette stay! Decent for 6 of us sleeping! Not in IMMACULATE shape but certainly good enough for us to hangout!

Great location. Parkade was not accommodating for pickups . Very tight spaces . We called
The property manager place and they were very helpful directing us where to find parking . However we had to pay $12 a day to be close but it was worth it . Still used the parkade to access the street as it was closer than walking out the main doors of the condo and walking around .
As for the condo like mentioned before in previous comments the carpets were absolutely filthy along with the patio furniture as it was white cushions so we didn’t sit and enjoy the deck . Couch was also destroyed but covered with a nice quilted type cover . I think it’s time the owners did some updating and tear that carpet out and invest in some new patio furniture that doesn’t have padded cloth seat cushions . Something that can properly be cleaned in between renters .
Otherwise we were happy overall with our experience here .

The location of this property was super. Great pool and beach access. The condo was noticeably beat up,dirty carpets, stains on dining and patio cushions, wobbly patio furniture and dings and dents everywhere, but otherwise clean and well laid out for our group. We had issues with one of the beds falling apart over a couple of nights and had to have property maintenance come in twice to rectify, they were super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. We were also so delayed in arriving due to a traffic delay on the highway, but communication with Tim was awesome. He relieved the stress of not knowing what time we would arrive by arranging pickup of our condo keys from the office lockbox well after hours along with all pertinent information. We have stayed in this area twice before, once at this particular location (different condo) however, this is our 1st experience using DKRA. I would definately look into booking with them in the future.

Property location was great for walking distance to waterfront and restaurants.
Condo was quite dirty - carpets needed cleaning, and an overall cleaning of walls and balcony needed as well. Other then the cleanliness issue, we really enjoyed our stay!
