This is one of Kelowna’s luxury first class resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown. This luxury resort offers panoramic views of the city and mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Being located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants!
Located on the 5th Floor, this 2 bedroom (1 is windowless(den)), 2 bathroom suite features Lake views over the courtyard. Queen Bed and Ensuite bathroom in the Master Bedroom, 2 Twin Beds (T2K)** in the Den and Queen sofa bed in the living room. This suite accommodates 4 guests.
Equipped with TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms with Cable service and high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This spacious, fully equipped suite comes with kitchen dining for 4 including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, bath towels, bed linens, an in-suite washer/dryer with laundry detergent and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

The Unit was comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. It also has a nice balcony that partially overlooks the courtyard, that seats six and has a barbecue (we didn’t use the barbecue, but it’s a nice option). There was coffee for the coffee make and ice in the freezer.
Most of the complaints we have are with the Management company. They lost our reservation, gave us an “upgrade” which seemed to be identical to our original booking but in a different building, and check-in is at a completely different location than the unit itself. Also, our assigned parking spot in the parkade was absolutely the farthest spot from our unit and jammed in a corner making getting in and out of it difficult. The parking spot was J12. Avoid getting this spot if at all possible.
The only complaints we had with the unit is that there were no hangers and the unit is not well stocked with some basics such as tissues and salt/pepper (the shakers were almost empty).
The complex has good amenities; two pools a hot tub and a games room and is walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

The suite is quiet and in a great location. Worked well for our family of 4. Kids made good use of the pools and the game room.
Only minor complaint is that the glassware in the kitchen was all mismatched and there wasn’t enough of it. Otherwise the suite was well stocked and clean.

Have stayed at discovery bay for years in many units. Not satisfied with this stay. Suite looked “barely” cleaned when we arrived.
Immediately noticed the corner cabinet kitchen shelf was broken and shelf/pots fallen on below pots (how did housekeeping not notice this). I had to call for repair. Unit had a terrible smell. Emailed management company. No response. 2 days later found the front closet was full of garbage, bottles, rotting food. Emailed management company and sent pics. No response. How did housekeeping not see this.
Unit is sparsely stocked. Maybe 5 drinking glasses. 4 beach towels in a basket which one of them was actually a bath mat.
Barely extra sheets and none that fit pull out sofa bed.
Limited bathroom towels.
Will not stay in this unit again
