Experience a luxurious fantasy vacation in BEACHFRONT condo with private beach access. Sit and relax on your private balcony to watch the waves hitting the soft and sandy beach. The dolphins and turtles are near by. "Family-friendly" beach! There is something for everybody. There are miles of shoreline to explore.
The condo is located on 7th floor offering breathtaking panoramic view of the gulf.
Condo was recently remodeled. Beautiful tropical decor based on Shells and fishes theme. Condo has new Tiled floors through out, Mirrored Walls, Rattan furniture, Beautiful wall art, Tropical trees and many floral arrangements.
The living room and master bedroom look onto the pool and ocean water through glass windows. The second bedroom looks towards the Laguna Madre bay. Nestled in a private patio this condominium is an area coveted for its coastal setting. Your tropical escape will leave you wondering "like a kid on a playground" what to do next.
The living room door opens out on to a balcony on the gulf that has seating for six. You can have your morning coffee and watch the island come alive or relax with a drink on your patio while soaking up all the natural beauty that is found along the Gulf's shore.
Private access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away from the ocean front swimming pool.
The complex features gated security and assigned covered parking.
After a day at the beach, take a dip in the one of the two swimming pools, one swimming pool overlooks the beach or relax in the covered 10x10 Jacuzzi. The condo complex is never crowded.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a smooth top stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, glass blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features chairs for six.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful, comfortable, brand-new mattress. Large windows offer beautiful ocean views, while the decorations are truly tropical. Beautiful teal walls, cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features and 37 inch LCD TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom features two queen size beds. Pale yellow walls complement the tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. Windows look out towards the beautiful Laguna Madre Bay. This room also features and 37 inch LCD TV and DVD player.

The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-size sleeper bed.

A 24 feet patio spans the front of the vacation condo, offering ample space to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular ocean views. Seating for six ensures that everyone can be on the patio at once, making it a perfect place for evening cocktails or casual meals. This property is fantastic, the most complete and beautiful VRBO experience we have enjoyed. Great gated location close to the SPI causeway, close to lots of restaurants and activities, two pools, hot tub, tennis court, private entrance to beach, seventh floor condo-wide balcony with an unparalleled view of the ocean and the sunrise. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved with the property manager. We recommend this property without reservation, it is a great value for what you receive. Unfortunately the corona virus pandemic put a little cloud over our vacation experience, but that was no fault of the property, and we were able to enjoy its many amenities even as much of the surrounding area was beginning to close down. A couple of thoughts: (1) The condo property is in back of a beach store and the Comfort Suites motel and the entrance road is a little hard to find at first. Also the speed humps within the property are massive, but sure not to hit them from much more than a dead stop. (2) It would be helpful if the property management people would provide some written instructions about operating some of the features. This unit had a combination of automatic and manual exterior shutters which we had never worked before; five remotes in front of the main TV of which only one was required once we understood how it operates; and a microwave that even the property manager did not know how to operate completely. (Hey every microwave is different!) (3) During our stay for the month of March no more than half of the condo units seemed to be occupied (no competition for pool chairs) and a good deal of maintenance work with drills, hammers, sanders, etc. seemed to be in progress. It was a little distracting at times. I'm not sure if this is some kind of annual maintenance period or if we just happened to cross paths with an occasional maintenance/upgrade project. (4) One thing that was unclear to us was when, if ever, we were supposed to contact the condo residence office rather than the VRBO property manager. Once or twice we went into the residence office on-site to report something like the hot tub not working which report they received, but we were never quite sure if we were supposed to make any contact with this office even when it seemed it was the most logical place to deal with our issue.

We stayed from Jan.-April., looking forward to the use of a hot tub and swimming pools. The swimming pools were not heated (some miscommunication) as other owners in the condo said that at one time the pools had been heated. That aside, we expected to have a hot tub. Not to happen. We contacted, begged, pleaded with the girl in the front office who always gave some song and dance about not having the heat on in the tub. Of the 89 days we were there, the tub was heated to the requisite 100 + degrees no more than 15 days!!!! A couple of days (5) it may have been about 80 degrees, otherwise, the temp was in the 60's!!!!
Chris was our go to gal....apartment manager....she was excellent. With some smaller issues she was right there to solve the problem.
The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen appliances were very nice and the kitchen was well supplied with gadgets and utensils.
The outside grounds are well groomed and the views are beautiful!

We spent a month in this condo. It was a home away from home. Condo is nicely furnished with most of the amenities you would have in the home. We enjoyed customer service and warm hospitality.

We just had a wonderful week's stay at Andy's condo and are already planning the next visit. We had a great time! Everything we needed was readily available. They even have beach toys and kites for the kids to play with while on the beach. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were quickly resolved by Andy. My family and I will definitely be back again! Thanks Andy!!!
