This Beautiful 10th floor beachfront condo at Saida Towers from Rent On Padre will wow you with the views! You can Stand almost anywhere in the condo and see incredible views of the Gulf. And of course, that Gulf is the view you love! But, if you are in the Kitchen, turn around, the back window faces the Bay. WOW! You can see the entire Bay, causeway and fireworks from the front of the condo! The views will wow you every time! From Sunrise to Sundown! Have your camera ready to show off the pictures you take from this condo.
Included in this condo is a King size bed in the Master Suite. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full on the bottom, Twin on top, as well as a trundle bed underneath. You also get a sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8. It is a very spacious condo with an incredible view.
The Kitchen is wonderful. You will love cooking in this kitchen! The view here is wonderful. Every Kitchen deserves this view!
Saida is one of the most asked for resorts on the island. The Saida Towers resort is one of the Largest, if not the nicest on the Island. This beautiful unit overlooks 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, poolside bar and grill and of beach. This condo is located in a private, gated community.
During the month of March and Holy Week, Saida Towers requires all individuals between the ages of 10-32 to wear a valid wristband in order to be permitted on the property. The cost is $25 per wristband.
Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

Location was right on the beach and walking proximity to several restaurants. We really enjoyed the onsite bar/food offerings at the pool. Recommendations of owner for places to dine were excellent. Very enjoyable stay during our first trip to this area.

There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. They were notified and responded quickly. The location is fantastic. The pool is huge which allows each family to have a section to themselves. The water was beautiful, warm, and the beach was clean.

Spacious condo with beautiful pool and ocean view. Perfect for my family. My kids adored their room and bed! Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and being on the south end of the island was ideal for this trip! Out of the front door, we had a beautiful view of the bay and the Port Isabel causeway and lighthouse! I highly recommend this condo for a family vacation or just any getaway.

The good: This place has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony & of the bay from the walkway used to enter the room. This has to be one of the best locations on the island for view and general access in and out of the resort. 3 pools and 4 hot tubs where nice options. Beach was the light powdery sand which we loved. Room was perfect for sleeping arrangements for our family of 5.
The bad: Room was not very clean. The general area was, but definitely some grime in the corners and so forth. Multiple outlets did not work properly. Some only one receptacle worked. Ceiling in master bathroom was pealing and bubbling. Kitchen supplies could use a little improvements, owner should consider getting some Tupperware and cooking supplies. Bedding was bare minimum, owner should consider getting a few extra blankets. One of the resort hot tubs was out of order. Only one of the 3 pools was heated.
We had a great time in SPI. IMO, this place has a ton of potential. Owner should do some minor repairs, a good deep cleaning & provided a little more supplies (kitchen & bedding).
