Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

We loved our stay at Saida Towers. No complaints about the condo at all. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. Lots of sand toys available to use. Check in process was very easy, appreciated not having to go to an office to check in, we went straight to the condo.It’s worth noting there is NOT a washer/dryer for guest use within the condo, they do have coin operated machines available in the building.They offer towel swap but you have to drive to the laundry facility but it wasn’t far.The pools are VERY warm in summer months. Like bath water warm, it was fine in the evening but honestly too hot for daytime for us anyway.Bring tennis rackets if wanted, they are not available on site.

Check in was a little rough. Gate guard sent us to the wrong tower and the first lock code did not work. Had to get another code but once we were in it was great stay!

We stayed there for the weekend. The internet was not working. The TV in the bedrooms were smart TV so they were not working. We called the # where we made reservations and they said they had to call the internet provider. Nobody ever called us back or made sure it was working. Good thing the living room TV had a cable box and it was working. On a positive note all the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms too. Very close walking distance to the beach. The pools were packed so we didn't go. We had a 3 bedroom for 8 people max and we only got 2 parking permits. That was an inconvenience because we had 3 cars. Make sure to ask for extra permits.

We were 45 minutes away from our destination when the rental agency called us. We were told the condo we had rented was not available because it was being renovated and it was not ready for occupancy. We were told they had a 4 bedroom 3 bath house available and asked if we were okay with that. Being as we could not turn back and make a 9 hour drive back home, we had to take what was available. We were told that was our only option. We were disappointed because we had specifically rented a condo on the beach with an ocean view. We did not have this with the house. Although the house was only a short walk from the beach, it was not what we would have chosen.
