The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and a TV in the living space.
Ours is a great, economical vacation home. We focus on offering a clean, comfortable, and affordable vacation home without the pomp of pricier digs. We feel that providing the home at such a great rate and with accurate photos makes our guests happy and refreshed. We want to offer a beautiful beach view and make it affordable. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Pros: I loved the main living area, kitchen, master bedroom. The furniture was gorgeous. The open concept and natural light from the windows with an amazing view was breathtaking. Utensils available. Cool telescope for closer views. Great location right off the elevator, which was super convenient. Was able to add 2 more guests to the itinerary quickly (even though they didn’t end up coming), I appreciated the fast response. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The guest bedroom seemed more of an after-thought. Very run down, broken/worn doors and stained walls with super mildewy shower curtain that needs replaced. Some of cabinets/doors wouldn’t stay shut. The patio furniture needs replaced due to being very dingy and worn down. There were door stoppers without the rubbers and a ring on the coffee table (those weren’t too bad, just had to be careful). The fridge didn’t really look “cleaned”. Knives were pretty much useless and dull. Could’ve used more clarification on check-in. Didn’t use any of the codes, was told by front desk they just gave us card-keys, so I was very confused about that process. The AC instructions/limits of needing to keep the guest bedroom at 72 degrees were not anywhere on the booking description. A little pricey for the season and the guest bedroom being run down.
All in all, lovely place, I wouldn’t mind booking there again. The Pros more heavily weighted against the Cons. I think the guest bedroom “feel” and cleanliness would be my major concern.

The inside of the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with nice dishes and all utensils, pots and pans we needed. The view was really nice. On the down side, there was almost no water pressure in the sinks of the primary bedroom. Luckily, the shower was fine. The closet in the primary was full of rugs, pillows, beach chairs and baskets. We had to move some things out to hang our clothes. The second bedroom had a closet, but it was full of pillows and did not have a rod to hang clothes. The building itself was dreary, especially the elevators, which were dark and dirty. The hot tub and the pool were not clean and two of the chairs at the bar were broken and we had to point that out to the bartender. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The foyer was clean, and but modestly welcoming - no chairs and couches to gather and/or visit.

All of our knives were rusted so we could not use them. We also had black mold in our air vents, and the water did not work properly. The floors were very dirty as well. The view was nice and the beds worked for sleeping, but not as nice as they put it out to be.
