About this apartment rental
This Luxury unit is 1375 sq ft of breath taking beachfront living space in this tropical complex. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna and a gym. Our unit has a 65 inch TV in the living room 55 in TV both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas
There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with hardwood floors and a gigantic travertine bathroom with dual sinks, air jet tub and walk in shower. The guest bathroom has walk in travertine shower . The guest room has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has a beautiful leather pull out couch. The granite kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance including 2 blenders, toaster, and both kuerig and regular coffee maker. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your stay is comfortable.
The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street.
Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. .
You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Not available to spring break students. Please indicate the number of adults and children in your inquiry, and give the ages of the children. This unit can accommodate 6 people.
Hurricane Refund Policy: I recommend trip insurance since the hurricane polices are constantly changing. Smathers beach is right next door if you prefer quiet. Also we provide 3 sets of keys with the unit. Each set has our front door key and a fob for access to community and it's ammenities. If you lose the keys we will charge you $200. We will need someone to determine which FOB is lost and have it turned off, get another FOB and front door key. There is a charge for the FOB of $75 and then we need to pay someone to do all the work so please dont lose the keys

The condo was great and fully stocked with everything we needed. Area was nice and quiet. It was a little further away from the downtown area than I thought. We ended up ubering back and forth and renting a golf cart for a couple days.

The property was great! The complex itself, like much of Key West, is older, but the property is clearly immaculately cared for. The little “beach” area was great and the pool was perfect! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas, never a speck of debris in or around the pool area! The condo itself was clean and stocked surprisingly well with things you may have forgotten or not been able to bring in your carryon. Kathy was great, as well! I had a bit of trouble getting into the condo on the first day but turns out it was all on me - so make sure you get the email from Kathy about a month before your stay and if you don’t, check in with her and she’ll send it! Regardless, a nice security guy at the complex was able to help me as soon as we arrived and he helped me get into the unit. Once I did, everything was self explanatory with plenty of keys and everything! All of Key West is expensive; but, if you’re going to be paying these prices, you may as well stay in a place like this! A bit away from all of the “action” but it’s all easily accessed and a nice, quiet stay with a beautiful pool to relax by when you need a break from it all! Overall I HIGHLY recommend!
