An expansive pool and spa sits oceanside surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden of native Key West plants and trees. Plan a picnic or barbeque in the shade of this beautiful garden.
The property features a 70 ft pool fronting the Atlantic Ocean. A 12-person jacuzzi awaits. A courtyard changing room sauna is yours to enjoy. There is a Fitness Room, large picnic and barbecue area surrounded by the tropical gardens.
One clay and two hard court lighted tennis courts are yours to enjoy at no additional cost. The largest beach in Key West, Smather's Beach, is adjacent to this condominium complex, offering white sand, palm trees, lounge chair and umbrella rentals, volleyball nets, sailboat rentals, and parasailing. An extensive leisure trail for walking, jogging, and bike riding fronts this beach.
Old Town, Key West's hub of shopping, dining, live entertainment, art galleries, and sightseeing, is just one-and-one-half miles away. Here you will enjoy all that ''downtown Key West'' has to offer, but will greatly appreciate coming back to your peaceful surroundings at the end of the day (or night!) to recharge. Parking for one vehicle in reserved space in the gated garage is also included. There is elevator access.

Can't beat the view! Large condo with wonderful swimming pool and ocean access!!!

We were initially booked at another property and moved here a couple weeks prior to our stay due to balcony reconstruction at the first property. This condo has a larger veranda (too big to be a balcony) and sits right on the shore - beautiful view and sound of the tide washing ashore. The condo was very clean and tidy and perfect for two couples for the week. Swimming pools were nice and a new fitness room on site as well. Only two downsides for us: another condo above us and two doors aouth was under remodeling startign promplty with the tile chisels at 8:30 a.m. (outside the control but it would have been nice to have a heads up so we could consider other available properties onsite. The second one is a big one - the shower in the main bedroom bath had just above a trickle for water pressure, and with my wife’s long hair… yeah, showers took a very long time. Our friends said pressure in the other bathroom was fine. Again, something to know and hopefully can be remedied. We loved the property and would rent here again.

This property is beautiful! The outside areas, such as the pool and hot tub, are much nicer than most places I have stayed in the past. And the 'green' area in the outdoor common area is just absolutely gorgeous! The condo itself was very large and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very nice that all of the rooms had direct access to the balcony. Our family really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the close access to Smathers Beach. We will be back!!

The condo needs updating and some minor repairs. The kitchen faucet leaks, dishwasher wouldn't turn on, closet doors need adjusting and the furniture is about at the end of it's life. The check in process was ok except the property map had been copied so many times it was unreadable and that made the whole process more difficult. We also had problems locking the front entry door but the property manager was easy to contact and very helpful.
Overall the property was well located away from the busy tourist areas and was very easy to access. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and the grounds in general were very well maintained.
