Good location and as presented on website. Great pool and small beach area at pool. The public beach was only .25 miles and a great walk. Condo was as represented. I had difficulty with the access instructions, but it was late. Patio screen doors from living area were broken.

The place was ok. The bathroom sink had NO water pressure. Not useable at all. The master bed was horrid.

The positives: Great location, about a 5 minute walk to swimming beach access. (Beach view on property but not for swimming access.) Very nice pool and hot tub. Clean spacious room with great kitchen and bathrooms.The negatives: Loud construction in unit next door. Loud and dusty construction work in backyard making using the balcony unpleasant. Bicycles were locked on a fence in a very reasonable, unobstructing location along parking lot, but the HOA workers just cut the locks and destroyed our property which cost me 90 and left our bikes outside to be stolen. They could have called us, the phone number was on the bikes.
