Wonderful layout, comfortable with an outstanding view of Palm trees and the beach!Kitchen had a great selection of appliances that allowed us to prepare our favorite drink drinks and dishes. The queen mattress was the only disappointment, very uncomfortable and needs a replacement.

Great location and beautiful views. Easy check in process and the place had lots of amenities - especially in the kitchen. The residents of La Brisa that we met at the pool were so friendly and gave us great tips on restaurants and places to explore.You don't need to publish the information below. I tried to send this feedback directly but once you check out, the access to the host is no longer available.I would suggest that you list what amenities that you provide like the 6 beach chairs that we found in the closet or extra towels, pool noodles, etc. They were a nice touch and it would've been great to have known ahead of time.Two issues:1. The bathtub in the primary bedroom was very slippery and we slipped and fell a few times. I am hoping "no slip" mats or grips could be added for safety.2. The elevator being down for construction made for things being difficult at check in and check out. Carrying 50lb suitcases up 4 flights of stairs plus groceries for a week made for things not being so easy and relaxing.

Walking into the condo and seeing that view, we knew we were in for a treat. The kitchen had everything you need. The entire place was adequately clean. Bonus having a washer/dryer. Balcony was roomy and we spent most mornings out there. So relaxng. Pool/hot tub were awesome! Met so many woderful people while floating in the pool. We will stay here again!

We were not told the elevator was going out of service for over our stay. We are all senior citizens in our mid to late seventies and luckily not handicapped, but it made it very difficult for some to go out more than once a day. No way to spend a vacation mobility-wise. MAKE SURE you talk with the rental office before flying down and make sure they are not doing work on the property near you and be sure you don’t have to walk up several flights with groceries if you rent a an upper unit. The noise of the construction team with their drills and banging made it impossible to enjoy the nice surroundings for many hours during the day. On a positive note, the unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It is well secured. Pool was quiet and nice and you can walk to the Beach across the street.
