This luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo sleeps up to 7 and offers panoramic views of the Gulf – sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. N5 Villas on the Gulf is furnished with a tropical theme throughout, making this a comfortable retreat. There is a TV in both bedrooms and a TV in the living room. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, this condo is ideal for all of your culinary needs. Quality linens, a community pool, Smart TVs throughout the condo, and WiFi are just some of the amenities. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the finer things in life, this is the place for you.
We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.
Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.
Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.
Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. The beach view was lovely and easily accessed from the unit. Master suite was comfortable and the 2nd bedroom easily slept 3 on 2 twins and 1 trundle. The living room pull out sofa was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for a large family. For the beach access and view - we would stay here again! One recommendation is better cleaning supplies for residents - the washer and dryer worked great, but we needed a better way to remove sand from the floor. The dustpan was broken and the wet/dry vac needs a floor attachment.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villas on the Gulf. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed. They even left some dishwasher pods and dish soap. I wish they would have left hand soap for us. Beds were comfortable and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. It's very close to the beach and the patio was perfect for our morning coffee. We liked that the chair and umbrella rental was right outside of our condo. Only issue I had was the dust. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and light fixtures. This wouldn't stop us from coming back though! We would definitely recommend this property to a others and already planning to come back.
