The view was stunning! Our group of 10 loved it. The air conditioning was nice and cold which was a blessing during this hot, humid week. The condo was large and roomy. My concerns were: the condo needs a renovation badly. Furniture is scratched up, floors need repair. The internet was spotty at best. Also, the floor was dirty when we arrived. We cleaned that, no problem. There is a stackable washer and dryer set that takes at least 3 cycles to dry. There were plenty of dishes and lots and pans which was nice.

We really enjoyed our condo and vacation

Unfortunately we were not allowed beach access the last 2 days of our trip. Although this was not the decision of Southern we feel they had to know it was a possibility because we could see dredging machines down the beach. We feel that we were owed a partial refund because we paid more to be right on the beach and to have a beach view from the condo. There was a lot of noise and bright lights all day and night for 2 days. Southern declined to offer any compensation. This will affect our decision for future rentals.
